After the back pain, and all the extra Thanksgiving food, I had to break a good sweat! Calories and some fat got burned this morning. Non stop cardio exercises in 1 hour and 15 minutes: 500 crunches, 500 knee push ups, 500 tricep behind the neck push ups, 500 bend over with squats, ran up 500 stairs, and ran down 500 stairs. 3000 reps.
