I felt like a million bucks when I got my first email from Lauren Hammersmith saying that she wanted to work with me. A lawyer who is into cultural anthropology and spent a summer working at a wedding dress shop wanted to be MY intern? It's been great getting to know Lauren, in the midst of a crazy busy fall. But things are slowing down and we're getting set for some blogging, storytelling and interviewing.
