# centurylink Terrible! New service hookup scheduled for 2 weeks. Sat for 12 hours waiting for service yesterday, sat last week waiting for service for 6 hours, and now they say they will push me to next Monday. I have never had such bad service with any other company. They will not call you and let you know they are coming or not coming to your scheduled appointment, they just let you sit waiting. You cannot sign into the portal and see anything because you are a new customer so you cannot take advantage of the system and as they say track the tech. You call over and over and they say the technician will be there and the contractor never shows up. #CenturyLink needs to add some personnel or contractors and designate activities for those contractors They have a system that is failing them and their customers. And customers to be. They gave me an excuse that the Hurricanes had them behind. UMMM! Really, you have had me scheduled for 2 days over 2 different weeks now adding me to next week. Plenty of time to add people and (wow a job for someone that is a novel thought) The company is failing and you can see why. Why would I or anyone be pushed out weeks from signing up with the company? I see all the bad reviews and someone is failing to implement improvements, I am thinking they are going under because what company allows this type of treatment of new and existing customers?
